Credentials
Dr. Pribitkin is a full professor at Thomas Jefferson University. He has been certified by two specialty boards and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, American Rhinologic Society, Triological Society and the American College of Surgeons. He received his undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University from which he graduated with general and departmental honors in 1982. He completed his medical doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1986 and trained as a resident in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania from 1986 through 1991. He served as a fellow in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Stanford University Medical Center from 1991 to 1992, after which he was recruited to the faculty of Thomas Jefferson University where he serves as the Academic Vice-Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology and directs the Otolaryngology Residency Training Program. Dr. Pribitkin serves as the Associate Editor in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for the Laryngoscope, our specialty’s premier medical journal.
